It has been discovered as the lead designer on PlatinumGames’ exclusive Switch Bayonetta 3 left the studio in 2020.
Marius Hermanavicius was with Platinum for about four years and a month according to his LinkedIn. During this time, he was working on the canceled Xbox project Scaledwas responsible for level design and boss meetings in Astral chain (between 2017 and 2019), and recently assisted with Bayonetta 3 from September 2019 to April 2020.
Since August last year, he has been working as a game designer at Xbox’s Tango Gameworks (Ghostwire: Tokyo).
Bayonetta 3 was announced in 2017, and although concerns have been raised about the project, there is apparently nothing to worry about. Most recently, Nintendo shared a new trailer in September last year – confirming that the expected title would arrive in 2022.
